Lack of information for orders.

I have been waiting a week for my upgraded phone to arrive. And still have no updates there seems to be no tracking capability in the system.  Somebody in customer services should be able to tell me what is happening with my order? When will this be resolved?

Which phone did you order? Please tell me the colour and memory size too and I'll check our stock levels.

That version is available to order, but the delivery guidance is to expect dispatch within 7 days. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.

I cannot believe in 2023 a phone cannot be delivered within 8 days

I am still waiting I go on holiday tomorrow and I can assure you as soon as my case crosses the threshold tomorrow I will get a notification of delivery 

I have looked and considered leaving EE now I had the same issue with a tablet earlier in the year how can EE be the best network again when the basics cannot be met

I am sorry to hear you have not received your upgrade. 

Have you tried downloading the DPD app, and enter the email address and postcode to see if we they have deliveries scheduled?
