We have no idea who you are, no way of accessing your account, if you need to know what is with your order and are concerned, then please ring customer service.
To be honest, once your order has been processed and is ready for delivery and DPD have it ready for dispatch, you will receive notification the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
