Hi, I’m just wondering if anyone has actually had an Iwatch ultra delivered ? I ordered the small green alpine loop Iwatch on 10/10/22 as this was the only one stating 7 days delivery. It’s now nearly a month later and after repeated complaints, calls, chats , investigations there is still no watch. On 3 occasions I’ve been guaranteed delivery within 7 days and each time I have been let down. I’ve had a call from ‘the highest level of EE complaints’ and they claim EE have no way to track incoming orders from Apple and can’t tell me how many they have in stock / will get in stock, or when I will be likely to get my watch. I’m absolutely fed up of it all and very disappointed as this is a gift for my daughters birthday in November she will be devastated of it doesn’t show up! Any info / help greatly received. Thanks

As soon as we have an update on your order, the online order tracker will be updated. Orders are all sent out on a first come, first served basis clearing the oldest orders first.
You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

@MrsE1985 EE don’t know what they’re getting from Apple until they receive the shipment. Depending on what arrives and how far you are within the queue to receive that model type and how many of that model type EE receive in will depend how soon you’ll get it. Say EE only receive 10 of that type and your number 25 do you expect to get one ? The next shipment might only be 5 do you expect EE to give you one ? The next shipment EE might not receive that model type at all. How can EE give you tracking information when they can not allocate a watch to you as you’re not next in the queue or they don’t receive enough from the manufacturer to start with.
