I ordered my burgundy pro max on 26th September it says dispatch within 13 days, is that timescale accurate? I also ordered a burgundy phone case with it and that still says more than 28 days dispatch?

I have taken a look at our stock and it shows at the time you ordered your iPhone 18 Pro Max the expected delivery was within 21 days. 

If you haven't already done so, i'd recommend downloading the DPD app so you can get up to date information about your delivery. 

You can also Track your order using your order reference number.
