Hi there,  ordered online yesterday,  just wondering of there is any kind of delay etc, I got the order confirmation after paying my upfront but the tracking doesn't work for the order number and email/phone number , just any help or info would be appreciated

@Mica0205   If that number starts with a XKO or XKN that’s an order number not a tracking number you get that once a device is allocated to you.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yeah cool. So when is it likely that will be ? It did say a day but from other threads I'm guessing that's unlikely ?
