I tried to subscribe to a plan, it declined, and it's been more than 5 days and my money hasn't returned

It would be five working days , which excludes weekends and bank holidays for refund, but if you are still concerned, then you will have to speak to customer service to get this looked into, as there are no account access here, this is not customer service.

Is the payment showing as pending or completed in your online banking?
