Hi, I ordered the iphone 18 pro max burgundy 256gb on the 20th, I know i will be waiting a while for it but just wondered how long will it actually take to be delivered

Great choice of phone and colour; the burgundy looks amazing!

I've checked our stock page, and I can see that if you ordered the device on the 20th, there would be around a 28 day wait.

I cancelled my order elsewhere and ordered the iPhone 18 pro max 256gb burgundy on the 4th October.

At the time of order it says delivery within 14 days. Are you able to see if that’s true/still the same please?

The estimate for delivery was indeed 14 days at the time you've placed your order, then on the 5th we extended this to 21 days for new orders. 

We're now estimating over 28 days for brand new orders placed today, but outstanding orders in our system will always be prioritised first in the order we received them.

So does this mean I also could be waiting 28 days? It was issues like this that made me cancel my previous order

Although we now have a 28 day wait for new orders, as you ordered yours on the 4th of October, you'd have an estimated 14 day wait for the device to arrive.
