Iphone 17 pro max, over 28 days still no update

I ordered mine on 21.09.2025 and still have no delivery time, just the updates each week that my order is on track. Waited over 28 days, had a text saying we're sorry you have not received your phone yet, and other information on an apology level, but nothing with a time frame, estimated date! And my bill each month is sky high because I haven't received my phone, and my new contract will come into action only when I receive it. So not only is my phone delayed now over 28days time frame, my current plan is out of contract, leaving me £40+ in debt each month until my phone gets here. I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max in silver 256 GB. Like, does anyone even know if there are any in stock at all?

I didn’t order my 17 pro max cosmic orange 256 until mid October but haven’t received any email updates at all.

i can’t even see anything on the app. It’s like nothing has happened. 

EE are just ignoring customers until the item is dispatched. It would be reassuring to know they have your order and they are aware of you.

I'm sorry to hear that you've not had any communication from us recently.

I'd recommend getting in touch with us so that a guide can take a look into your order and give you an update.

If you let me know the date that you ordered your device, I can take a look at our stock page and give you a rough idea of how long the phone should take to arrive.

I ordered mine on 22 October and don’t expect it will arrive anytime soon.

However, I did expect an order number and some kind of acknowledgement from EE that the order was successful.

I ordered through live chat.

I've just had a look at our stock page, and it's stating that the phone has a wait time of over 28 days if you ordered the device on he 22nd of October.

If you ordered via our live chat, the avisor should have sent you over a link where you can see the order and your terms and conditions.

The form gives you the option at the end to download, which details the order.

Did you manage to download the form when you were connected to live chat?
