Hi all

 

Ordered one last night, deep blue, 2tb. Received xko number etc but nothing since. 

 

Contacted via chat, they said backend team closes and to expect within 28 days. Does anyone know if this just means low stock? Has the actual new contract been accepted then and when they are expecting stock etc?

Thanks for confirming that. 

I am sorry for the confusion when you placed your order, but I can confirm that the delivery timescales are 28 days, as we've advised previously.

I can see the website is currently showing the correct timescales, but if you would prefer not to wait then you can reach out to our team and they will be able to cancel your order.

Welcome to our community.

If you have placed an order for a device that has a wait time, it means that your order has been accepted but we are waiting for stock to come in to fulfil the order. 

If you have been advised that the wait is 28 days, it means we expect it to be with you within 28 days of the date you placed your order.

It told me 1-2 days when I placed the order, not 28 days. 

 

Bit of mis-selling there. I still have the email saying 1-2 days.

Although we aim to send out devices within 1-2 days, the delivery time may vary depending on stock availability.

If you let me know the colour of the phone that you ordered, I can check our stock levels on the day that you ordered the phone and let you know the delivery timescale?

It was Wednesday 11th! 2TB in Deep Blue.

 

Worth mentioning I got the order confirmed email and XKO number but nothing since. Is that normal?
