I placed an order for an iPhone 17 pro max silver on Monday and received an email that day with an order confirmation etc. They took the upfront and I haven’t heard anything since? It does let me track the order through the app to see anything else. Does this mean it hasn’t when through or?

Having the same issue, what’s the wait time for the iPhone 17 pro max silver 256gb

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver, stock guidance while placing the order on the 17th March was - "Available to order (Expect despatch in more than 28 days)"

Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the manufacturer so we can ship this out as soon as possible. 
However, it looks like we may have received a good shipment, as any orders placed today will be despatched next day. 

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.
