Hi All,
I need some help im new to EE and two days ago on 01/09/2024 at 17:09pm i placed an order for the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB desert Titanium. I have paid the £30 Upfront charge that was required however not long afterwards I have received an email with ( Successful EE order ref: xko29*******). The Email states that,
We are processing your order and will let you know when your items will be dispatched.
Your paperwork will be available through your EE account after despatch. Download the EE App and register. If you are unable to access EE, please call us on 0800 956 6000 to request a copy of your documents.
We will send you a delivery update text to:*******
So my Question is Does this mean my order has been confirmed as successful regarding credit checks etc and have I passed this?.

@Georgealex , you would have to ring customer service to find out when your device will be sent if you want more information, we have no access to accounts and do not know who you are.
Once your device has been dispatched, you will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
If you have not received any email asking you to ring them for more information or to let you know it has been cancelled, then you will receive your device, especially as you have the XKO number, which should mean your order has been accepted.

It has now been two days. Any idea of the time frame, and are you suggesting that i may not get the contract? Im confused
