Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Hey hun, did you cancel your phone? How long did you have to wait to re order, after 5 days of trying to cancel/swap I managed to speak to someone who did it yesterday, 

my original one was an additional line due To low credit score aswell, and I can’t order a new one until that’s come back as fully cancelled on system (they said 24 hours) that the system takes is this what your going through how long has it been for you? 
the man I spoke to said they had natural / white in stock so would get it to quicker when I am able to add that additional line 

Yes lovely they said the same to me hun. She did say about Sunday but will
have been 2-3 days by then was Thursday when they told me this I ring again
yesterday she said not to ring today as will probably say still can’t while
Sunday at the latest. Least it’s just another day though. Ye she black and
the natural titaniym was available
Hi gee. Hope you are enjoying your new phone? When you ordered the bigger
memory size how long was it till you got the text from dpd with pin ect?

Hey lovely did you manage to re order? I was told yesterday I tried they said it was still in minus as I’m on a flex pay already and it had to be amended, was told to ring today as that would have been 48 hours it’s showing it’s fully come off my account but the spend balance is showing as a minus as if the phone is still on the re… so still not been able to order 😞 feel so frustrated and annoyed i cancelled Friday morning 9am… 

hopefully tomorrow I’ll be able to order again, the lady did say she sent a web form off and they have until 10am Monday to action but but got an agent ringing me between 10-11 

 

its 2024 should just be a button to refresh system everything is a waiting game always 

Basically they have said the exactly the same to me too I’m now on the
phone as we speak and the phone said a few days ago awaiting confirmation
canceled and now they are saying I can’t get an additional line I’m fuming
when will this show to say I can have an additional line they said I can
upgrade but can’t get it while next week

Yeah they said that the system hasn’t refreshed to show the credit before I took this aditional line out, so it’s in - minus and that they have to send a web form off to the back office so it gets reset, but I got a feeling they’re just gonna pro long it, not sure why it takes so long when they can clearly see that the order has been removed off the account and cancelled so I won’t be getting that phone, just wish I never cancelled now but the man said it would be 24 hours then. Can do a straight forward order like I did with the first one, it’s an absolute joke, I can’t get an upgrade for 20 months. 

I can upgrade from next week but the additional line I was able to get on
October she said they canceled it because wasn’t eliganble for it I said
why then they sent me emails to say order was in progress and on track
why the he’ll do they lie to you I’m absolutely fuming tell you what I
want to do is not pay another bill and go pay as you go again because
contract are just a joke to start with absolutly fed up and everyone
else’s has there orders ect I’ve gone mad on the phone to them

Yeah so they said I was eligable for additional line so I ordered the desert titanium and then the delivery is over 28 days 

so cancelled it and was told I can reorder different colour and I thin 24 hours of cancelling, now they’re saying I can’t because the spend balance is in minus qs system is still thinking I’m getting that phone even tho it’s been cancelled

It was me that requested to cancel mine, i had tracking number and order number just nothing off dpd… 😳 you have more hope of getting one than I do

able to get another one and then when I ring up saying I can’t x
