To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Probably not any time soon, I ordered mine on the 27th September and still nothing, not even an estimated delivery date.

Me too…Ordered my white 15 pro max on 20/10 and absolutely nothing. It’s been over 28 days now. Fed up.

Thanks for posting. 

iPhone 15 orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives.

You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed, or if you ordered in store the store will call you when this is ready to be collected.

Don’t listen to people saying about 28 days after the order! Realistically, early 2024! I ordered the same phone as you on the 25th of September. To date, I have no updates, just the original “thanks for your order” confirmation email. I called customer services today and they have said that they have no idea when the white iPhone 15 Pro Max’s will arrive with customers and it could be another 28 days. It seems that when EE don’t know, it’s just a blanket 28 day answer.
