Hello EE i pre ordered from ee store iphone14 pro max all i recieved in 3 days was a paper document from store haven’t heard or recieve an email details or any confirmation

I have already answered this question, this phone is not available right now, others are in queue for this, and it will be delivered on a first come first serve, but as I have looked on Apple website, the pro and pro max will not be available for delivery until 26 October. We go through this every year, so unless Apple deliver them to networks sooner, you will not get it sooner.

If you are at all concerned, then ring customer service to make sure that your order has gone through, as this is not customer service, but a public forum. I take it, you ordered online and not through a store in town, as EE online will only deal with online or phone orders.

Welcome to the community,

You should receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and one on the day of delivery with a one hour window, so if you do not, then you probably will not receive it tomorrow.

When have you ordered yours bro becouse mine its been already 16 days haven’t heard anything
