I placed an order for a SIM card on September 29, but I have not yet received it. When I try to track the shipment, I keep seeing the message "Your tracking timed out."
Could you please help me check whether the SIM card has been returned or lost in transit? Additionally, I would like to know if it is possible to either receive a new SIM card or get a refund.

@kuri1 sim cards are sent out second-class Royal mail so you can’t track them but you should’ve had this by now. You will need to call customer support about this.
