It's been 20 days since I pre ordered the phone and I'm yet still waiting for it what's going on I see other people ordered there phone after me and they getting there's if I don't get delivery date this is a complete joke EE and not acceptable every time I ring about it I get fobbed off I want real answer from EE where is my order I was already miss sold the contract with false promises of getting delivered on release date you don't even keep me updated this network are a joke you don't even look after us the customer.

Thanks for coming to the community.

I can understand you want to get your hands on your new iPhone 16 Pro Max.

The demand for the phones is very high, so all 16 Pro Max versions have a wait time at the moment. 

The timescale for the iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB Desert Titanium is showing as expected despatch in more than 28 days, which would have been the timescale when you placed the order. 

Orders are being processed in the order that they are placed, but it can be that other storage sizes and colours are available sooner.

If you have your order number, you can keep an eye on the progress on the order tracker, and once it is on the way to you, DPD will send you a text or a notification through the DPD app if you have that.
