Incident of Fraudulent put order

Some fraudulent put order on my EE account. I call the EE they are saying no order is showing up on their side. I don’t know what to do. I just want to cancel the order.

What has been ordered/how did you find out? Have you received an order confirmation email or any texts about an order?

What your screenshot is showing is just the order tracking page which looks the same for everyone in the app, it just provides the options on what kind of order you might want to track. My options look the exact same even though I haven't placed any orders.
