With all due respect, I ordered a phone from your company 5 days ago. I want to know if I can get what I gave you because you withdrew the money from my card and I did not receive a message from you. Thank you.

Have you checked EE order tracker:

https://ee.co.uk/help/orders

I suggest downloading and registering on the DPD app as well as you will receive a notification from them when your delivery is due.

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
