I am asking you, I bought a Samsung Fold 6 from you, unfortunately I only have DELIVERY NOTE (in the attachment)

Please send me the invoice of your purchase to have a valid SAMSUNG warranty, because SAMSUNG wants an invoice - delivery note is not a basis for warranty :(

@KrisKar , this is not customer service, but a public forum that does not have access to your account and does not know who you are, but you should find the invoice by looking at your billing and documents.

Yes, I know, but I don't have access to my old account anymore.

Welcome to the community. 

Samsung will accept delivery note for warranty purpose. 
However you can give our Customer Service team a call where a guide will be able to send Proof of Purchase via email, which you can use for any warranty claims.

I contacted SAMSUNG and they shared that DELIVERY NOTIFICATION is not a purchase document and there is no warranty based on it 😞

 

Is there any way I can give you my shipping details? I live in Poland, and my English is poor - I prefer to email.
