@Rik657  To use an eSim you have to take out a contract that can be sim only. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Not sure what "etcp" means if Im honest, but just join EE on a Pay Monthly Sim Only Plan then once setup and you have received your Sim just request an eSim for your Number, or you could pop into an EE Store and they should be able to do it all at the same time.

All the sim only plans can be found on the shop pages, and you just request an esim as part of the process or you can call,
