@Mykola2 Do you have your DPD tracking number so that you can check the one hour time slot and live tracking information? You should also be able to get your PIN and check previous delivery history of the parcel.
If you don't have the tracking number please get in touch and one of our guides can get this information for you.
I received a message from the dpd that I did not receive the package because I did not say the pin code, but the courier was not even there, I have been waiting for it since morning!!! What’s happening? I need my phone 🤦♂️🤦♂️
