I ordered the Samsung A34 from Exeter on Saturday

and paid for next day delivery, the phone did not arrive yesterday and I have still not received an email or message from DPD regarding delivery and I can't track the order as says its not eligible for tracking.

I paid £9.95 for next day delivery so should have received it yesterday. The salesman in the store said I could either receive it on Monday ( today ) or pay for next day delivery which I did, so either way I should have received it today at the latest. The reason I popped into a store was not to wait 7 days for delivery!

I've been trying to all day, this is very frustrating. I'm on hold for at least half hour each time and then I lose signal or get put on hold and the line cuts off. Why do I need to look at my options, this is not my fault!
