I ordered an iphone 17 and sim contract but not heard anything for.nearly 2 weeks and order reference number wont work.

@Marklb82 Thanks for clarifying, the iPhone 17 Pro Cosmic Orange is showing in stock ready to dispatch, the iPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange is on backorder but the oldest back order is from 26th Jan.

So either way it seems there may be an issue with your order so I would recommend giving us a call so our team can have a check on it.
