I ordered a phone online and paid 30 pounds, it was written that I needed to call the specified number, I called, waited exactly 20 minutes and was not connected to the manager, what should I do, there is an order number

You will have to ring customer service, as they will not be able to send your phone, they obviously need some more information, we have no account access here, customers are busy with other clients, so I would try again, you should get through, or hang up and try again.
