I ordered a Pay as You Go SIM on Saturday, but I still haven't received it and I can't track the order.

Hi @juliagrandisoli.

Welcome to the community.

It can take a few days for the SIM to arrive as it is just sent by standard post, without a tracking number. With it being ordered over the weekend, it can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

If you've not received it by the end of the week, please get in touch with our customer service guides, who can check the order for you.
