I ordered a sim card Saturday and it says it be delivered 21 to 2 working days and now we are on Wednesday and still hasn't arrived and I can't get through to speak to anyone
The SIM cards usually arrive within four working days. If you need one sooner, and you're near an EE Store, you can pop in and get a replacement. If you were to do that, you'd need to take in photo ID.
