I'd recommend checking your junk folder to see if it's made it's way into there in error. If nothing has been sent, I'd recommend reaching out to our customer support team so they can check this for you.

I don’t have confirmation with a tracking number

@Mandamother80  You don’t get a tracking number with a confirmation of order these are two separate emails.  

You get a confirmation of order when you order ( check your spam folder if you have ordered) 

once a device is allocated to you you’ll receive a tracking number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
