I don’t have confirmation with a tracking number

@Mandamother80 You don’t get a tracking number with a confirmation of order these are two separate emails.
You get a confirmation of order when you order ( check your spam folder if you have ordered)
once a device is allocated to you you’ll receive a tracking number.
