I have ordered a new phone but my profile is not updated.

I have ordered a new phone, but this upgrade is not showing in my page. When will this show? When the new phone arrives?

@Lamami1  Yes you need your sim in the device and then it can take up to 24 hours to update.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have already book my new phone is Samsung s22 ultra but in  my profile is not update and not delivered .now only seen is order is awtining order only this msg seen so pls update my order .
