I have no photo ID what other forms of ID will EE accept?

I have an appointment in store but need ID the person on the phone said they would accept other forms of ID but I forgot to ask what kind. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Even the EU ? I’m asking because one of the EE store refused to give me my order (phone) and I’ve been told to come back with my passport.

Our EE Stores will accept a passport (from any country) or a UK photocard driving licence.

my partner was robbed and doesnt have a passport his licnes was in his wallet - what other id can he bring instore to onlock his phone that he lovked over the phone the day after the incident! he had a seizure an d cant leav eth ehouse at the moment but needs his phone for work purposes! HELP

I'm sorry to hear your partners phone was stolen.

Have you tried calling Customer Care to remove the bar?

Are provisional licenses accepted? Or Birth certificates?

Hi, I have an in store appt booked and it says to have both passport/drivers license and debit card as for of ID. I dont have a physical debit card at the moment, would just the passport be okay or maybe a monzo card (except the monzo card doesn't have my full first name on it)?
