I carnt seem to buy a notebook

I can't seem to buy a notebook without a log in so I set one up but I'm not on EE so it still won't let me am I just being thick? Please help

Sorry, as you are not a customer of EE, you cannot order a notebook, as it counts as an add-on and you have to be a mobile customer with either a phone contract or a sim only contract.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
