If my newly signed up for 125gb EE sim turns up I might takeout Z fold 4 contract if can get 20% extra off. I can not track or check my order because I can not log into My EE app and I haven't had an other emails since my order confirmation email which stated new sim would be activated in 24hrs but as far as I know it hasn't even been posted yet.

You will need the mobile number even if this is temporary to set up a My EE account, can you try again once you have the SIM 🙂

Thanks for coming here.
SIM cards are sent by post and delivered by Royal Mail, this should arrive within 2-5 working days. No signature is required so you would be unable to track the SIM.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have put in bt pac number transfer and as my bt sim is still working I am assuming its not been transferred or setup yet?

The number transfer will start once you have the SIM and you will receive a text to let you know when this will be complete 🙂

Thanks again for the great information and qui k reply Leanne. One last question if don't mind 🙂 Is the reason I can not log into the app with my EE account I'd and password due to not having EE sim setup yet?
