Order still processing

I placed an order online on 30th august which said dispatched within 1 day (Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max Green 256GB) however I got my email and order number starting with XKO and still says processing and deposit is still pending on my bank. Are they running further checks, could it still decline. I tried to get on the chat to them but that’s unavailable too
