Hi I need help iv just had a message of ee saying that to get in touch about a new connection thats been cancelled what does this mean

@Morgan43   Have you tried to take out a new contract?  If you have it’s been cancelled and you need to call customer services about this.    Even if you haven’t I would definitely call customer services about this as this account related to you.

Yeah I spoke to them this morning I paid 50 pounds and then I got a confirmation of DPD saying it will be arriving tomorrow and then iv just had  a text.
