Hi,

I ordered Iphone 14 pro max in black 128gb on 10th of October - advised dispatch within 28 days... well 28 days is today and still no word as to when my phone is going to be sent out... 

Can anyone advise as to how much longer before it will be dispatched?

this is a new development so cause delays going forward, doesn't explain why they are telling people dispatch within a set time frame that they can't keep to. i was told 28 days, its 28 days and now just getting its first come first served so we can't tell you when you will get your phone.

@giddyphone , this has only just come up, I read it on Sunday, not sure where, but it was lengthy and then in another app today, so that is probably why EE and other networks may only just becoming aware of this. Apple are trying to find a solution, I can only write what I have read.

Workers managed to escape, before they got locked in, very strict rules in China, you may find the article somewhere on the internet.
