I made an order for the Xbox Series X with 24 months of game pass included yesterday evening. I received an email from EE when I placed the order, they've taken the £10 upfront fee and sent me a text to activate game pass this morning.
However, on my account it says "delivery should be within 48 hours" yet I have not received any other information, such as tracking?
Plus, the £10 upfront fee that I paid seems to have been added to my mobile bill? It says I am in credit on my account - is this normal?
My question is - does it sound like the order has gone through and how long would delivery usually take on this item?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @rybo1234,
Thanks for visiting the EE Community
With you getting the text to activate the Game Pass that is something that would only happen if the order had been sucessful and the product added to your account. It is normal for the £10 upfront to appear as a credit on your account, as the charge will appear on your next bill and be covered by that credit.
Dispatch for in stock items should be within 48 hours, for delivery next day after dispatch. You should get a text from DPD once it has been dispatched which will have the tracking information.

Thank you Alex, that is helpful. I'm sure the weekend could affect this so I'll hold out until early next week and see what happens. I appreciate the response.
