How long does it normally take for a sim card to arrive? Ordered it on the 15th

It may be delayed due to Royal Mail strikes.

If it is a replacement, you may better off booking an appointment at your nearest store and getting a replacement. Remember to take valid photo ID (In date passport, drivers licence are best)

@Vaida_1973 , it would depend on the post, as they are sent via second class post, and with the strikes can take even longer to reach you, so if you are desperate for the SIM card, then do as @DurbanboyUK  has suggested and if near an EE store, go to them with an ID and they can sort it for you.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
