@Dabuski  if you’re a contract customer, you can go to the EE add to plan store HERE  if you’re not an EE contract customer you will have to go to a EE store and order it.

I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to make purchase when you visited your local store.

I can confirm all EE stores can order this product via their Sales Plus system.

Is there any way other way other than signing up for a Mobile contract to purchase this directly from yourselves online?

I'm not a sales genius by any means but I feel your potential customers base for this product will be restricted because of this frankly crazy approach to selling a neich product.
