I placed an order yesterday and I got this email. It says I need to call to discuss but says to wait for dpd to send delivery details, does this mean it’s passed or not?

If you've received a please call email your order is on hold and EE need to confirm some details.

They’ve further sent me direct debit information since but it went into junk does that mean it’s all gone through?
