How do you know if you passed the credit check

Hi

I placed an order yesterday and I got this email. It says I need to call to discuss but says to wait for dpd to send delivery details, does this mean it’s passed or not?7CC6FC01-3EE7-436F-A597-21AA2D424541.png

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

They’ve further sent me direct debit information since but it went into junk does that mean it’s all gone through?
