How do i find my invoice number

What is it that you're trying to do here that requires an invoice number?

Is it for claiming a free gift that you need this?

hi peter, im looking for an order number or invoice number so that I can redeem the pixel buds with my pixel phone, I don't seem to have a confirmation order via email and I cant seem to find it any where on my profile on the ee website after I login? is it something that I need them to request to send out

Thanks for explaining @MrBlu3.

If you ordered online or over the phone, you would have usually been sent an email just after the order was placed with the order number on it, but if you didn't receive that, you can also use the order confirmation paper that would have been in the packaging when the phone arrived.

If you don't have that available any more, give our customer services guides a call, and they can arrange for a proof of purchase to be emailed over to you.

You can find details on your bills in the EE app. 

For warranty you may also need the IMEI number of the device.
