How do I no if my contract been accepted

I’ve had a confirmation email with a xko order number but no other emails

Welcome to the community,

If you have received the xko number, then that should indicate your order has been accepted.

Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

You will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery, once your order has been dispatched and another one on the day with a one hour window. Deliveries are from Monday to Friday, not weekends.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
