How do I contact support and find out where my order is?

I 'upgraded' a few days ago to new aitime & handset plans, was sent a confirmation email but it didn't include a confirmation number.

I haven't received the handset yet, no idea if it's been sent yet.  How do I check the status please?

I had similar, waited in two days for it to be delivered, but twice the drivers didn't bother and went home. So no phone, £75 out of pocket and no help from EE.

Hope you have more luck than I did.
