Hello @Neryssaunders,
Our live chat is available to pay monthly customers by logging into the EE app, selecting Help and then Message Us. It won't be available if you are on Pay as you go currently. You won't have bills on PayG as mentioned but you can control your subscription and payments via the app, you just need to link your number to your online account if you have not already done so.
