hello on 09/09/2022 I did an earlier update.  I added a new iPhone pro max gold to it.  on 6.10 I called the service office to find out about my parcel.  I got a message that it was delivered to the ee store on September 15th.  I did not receive any notification from the ee store at the brent cross shopping Center.  So I went to pick up the package but it turned out that it is not.  they sent it back because 14 days have already passed since delivery.  I paid for the phone and earlier updates, but no one knows where my package is.  I called your team but no one helped me.  in the store I was also told that the phone will be at the end of the week but unfortunately it did not happen.  I would like to finally get my phone for which I paid with the new contract, but no one knows what to do next and how to help me

@Dominika3   As there was no pick up and the device got returned your account should go back to the state of being able to upgrade again.    You’ll have to keep checking your account until it’s back to an upgrade state again.
