Hello
I'm getting the error that the code entered is not applicable with data plan despite the data plan having no discount already applied to it. Please can you help? This is the an iphone and the EE unlimited all rounder data plan.

Hi Rach,
Unfortunately yes. See my original thread below also. Have tried on mobile and also laptop. Others have reported same problem, like above.
I’m reluctant to take out the plan and then fill in the form (as suggested in my thread below) afterwards in case the code is for some reason declined by EE and then stuck in 2y contract full price. I even called EE but there’s nothing they can do as code needs to be used online only.
Just bizarre works on non-iPhone All Rounder but not the iPhone specific one!
Any help in getting this rectified would be appreciated!

I know. It’s frustrating.
I guess my only hope was that someone from EE here could escalate this to whatever team adds/manages the sim only tariffs online to get them to enable use of F&F code for this plan and also the others people have had issues with.
Doesn’t seem right that can’t use the code on the iPhone version of the plan, but is OK on the other?
If there’s anyway you can escalate then amazing.
Other than that I’ll just keep trying in the hope it gets fixed!

We don't have account access here @user27638949t, so this wouldn't be something we are able to do. The only escalation options are what you've already been advised by my colleagues previously.

I wasn’t looking for anyone to access my account, more so for someone to escalate to your back office/IT/web team to let them know about the issue so can get resolved for everyone
