Free oppo smart watch

I bought a oppo find X5 with free smart watch ,I claimed the smart watch and sent them my IMEI number as requested and that was 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my watch or email saying it's been despatched,what can i do

What does that mean that nothing else u can do .I bought the contract from you with a free smart watch ,if I don't get the watch I want to cancel my contract.how do I do that as I only bought the phone as there was a free smart watch with it .the contract was cheaper without the watch so y would anyone pay a contract if they don't get what they pay for ,I honestly can not believe u said there's nothing else that can be done ,how many people is this going to happen to .and then get told there's nothing that can be done .that's very bad customer service on all parts

The validation process for your claim can take up to 21 days. After this Oppo's courier will then contact you directly once your delivery slot is confirmed.

You should hear from them very soon.
