I bought a oppo find X5 with free smart watch ,I claimed the smart watch and sent them my IMEI number as requested and that was 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my watch or email saying it's been despatched,what can i do

Yes i filled it in and they replied saying i would receive an email telling me when it will be despatched but i have heard nothing

I have tried ,I've emailed them on 3 occasisins but still no answer or watch ,what do I do now

I have tried but it does not work .it just says failed to connect.ive tried it on 4 different devices but it just says same thing every time ,the link does not work

It tells u that u can only phone for technical problems and that for claim issues only email .which I have done several times

I'm not sure what more you can do, apart from hang on for a response from them. The promotion is directly with the vendor, in this case Oppo.
It may be worth speaking with our Customer services team though, in case we have a separate route to speak to them internally.
