Fitbit with upgrade

I upgraded to a pixel 9a on 15th April, and a Fitbit was included in the deal.

I have received my upgraded phone but nothing to say how to claim the Fitbit? I only purchased it then because of the free Fitbit I could claim by doing the upgrade.

Nothing on paperwork to suggest how to claim. Any ideas?
