Every time I add a new plan to my basket and choose to order, instead of taking me to "Delivery" section it takes me back to the homepage. I've tried using a different device, different network such as Wi-Fi or Mobile Data but it does the same thing.
I'm currently in a different country for a holiday but I am trying to order it to the UK using a UK Device/Sim. Using uk email and phone number also.
Please Help.

I would go in to the store whilst i’m back in the UK but I have NHS Discount and that can only be redeemed online.

You can use the perk code online, over the phone or in an EE Store.
Is the plan already discounted?
Are you upgrading?

Last time i walked into the store the guy said “only online”.
