My wife has placed an order and was asked to give her phone number as she doesn’t have a phone number she used mine. I received a cancellation text with no explanation. We can’t resolve this as every number will call connects to my account with ee and no option anywhere to speak to someone about it

To get in touch with our sales team, please try calling 0800 956 6000 from any phone and once connected to a guide they can take a look at the order your wife placed. 

If you call from an EE number, they will locate the correct account and check why this was cancelled and see what is needed to get this sorted.
